Rhubarb Loaf

Cream together:
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and add to above:
1 cup honey
1 cup sour milk or yoghurt

Combine and add wet mixture:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Fold in:
2 to 3 cups diced rhubarb

Pour into 2 small buttered and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
