Cherry Crumble
In an 8 inch
square cake pan, mix together:
3 cups pitted cherries
1/4 cup Ecosweet cane sugar or brown sugar
2 Tbsp. pastry flour
In a bowl
stir together:
1 cup large flake rolled oats
1/2 cup cane sugar or brown sugar
1/4 cup pastry flour
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Cut in:
1/2 cup butter
When mixture
is crumbly, sprinkle over cherries. Bake at 375 for 35 to 40
minutes or until top is brown and the fruit bubbly. Serve warm.
