Estonian Cabbage Salad

Put in a large bowl. Make sure the ribs of the cabbage are cut into small pieces
1 medium sized head of cabbage
Sprinkle with:
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp caraway seed
Mix thoroughly. Let sit for at least 1/2 day in the refrigerator to blend the flavours!
