Cole Slaw
Finely grate:
4 cups green cabbage
2 large carrots
2 medium apples
Add:
1/2 cup minced green pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup raisins
Toss and then add:
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp vinegar
Let sit for a few hours if possible.
Just before serving add:
1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds
(Toast in a frypan over medium heat until brown) |
