Roasted
Vegetables with Garlic and Rosemary
Place
on a large baking sheet and stir:
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 sprig rosemary chopped
2 to 4 garlic cloves halved
Add
the following and bake for 40 minutes at 375:
4 potatoes cut in bite size cubes
1 onion cut in eight
1 yam in bite size pieces or a few carrots
Then
add faster cooking vegetables and bake 20 minutes more:
Broccoli florets, cauliflower, green pepper
Use
vegetable in amounts and combinations to your personal taste!
