Broccoli
with Ginger
Sauté
over medium heat in a skillet:
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 red onion sliced
2 Tbsp. freshly grated peeled ginger
Add
and continue cooking for 7 minutes:
1 bu broccoli cut into florets
(include the peeled stem or save for soup)
Serve
with Cashew Nut Loaf or a rice pilaff.
