Mushrooms and Greens
Sauté for a few minutes:
1 Tbsp. oil or butter
1 minced clove of garlic
1/3 lb Oyster mushroom
Add, cover and steam for another 5 minutes:
1/4 lb chopped braising greens (or spinach)
Optional:
Add 1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1/4 cup yoghurt or sour cream
Gently reheat.
Serve with rice or over pasta.
