Egg Drop Soup
Bring to boil:
4 cups broth
1 stalk celery chopped
1/2 small onion diced

Simmer for 20 minutes. Gradually stir in:
2 beaten eggs

Stir continually until the egg stands out from the broth. Then add:
1-cup chopped braising greens
1-cup mung bean sprouts

Bring back to the boil and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with Tamari on the side.
