In a large bowl stir together:
1 LB frozen Blueberries
Rind and juice of 1 Organic Orange
1/4 cup Ecosweet Sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
Toss to coat and then spread
into a 9-inch unbaked piecrust. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes and
turn the oven down to 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm with Whipped
cream sweetened with Cointreau
