Egg Fu Yung Sauté until soft. 1 Tsp. butter 1/2 red onion diced 1 small clove garlic minced
Beat together : 4 eggs 1 Tsp. Tamari
Add to onion mixture: 1 cup bean sprouts
Pour egg mixture over vegetables. Cook over low heat until firm. Celery or mushrooms can also be added to the sauté mixture.
