Vegetarian Thai Basil Pizza
Make your
own Pizza dough adding some hot spices or use Greek Pita Bread.
Saute in:
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 large cloves garlic minced
1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
1 large onion chopped
Cook until
onions are browned. Add and stir fry:
1/3 Lb sliced mushrooms
1 Lb sliced zucchini
Place filling
on top of:
4-6 pizza shells
Cover with:
Sliced tomatoes
Thai Basil chopped
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Bake at 375
for 20 minutes.
