Evolution Salad Peel, section and remove membranes from: 1 grapefruit Add this to a bowl with: 1 romaine, torn into bite size peices Mix together the dressing: 1/2 cup sour cream/yoghurt 2 Tsp. honey juice of 1/2 a lime (lemon will do in a pinch) 1/2 tsp curry powder Right before serving add: 1 banana sliced 1 avocado sliced Dress and serve.
