Asparagus And Pasta
Drop into boiling water and cook for 12 minutes: 2 cups Farfalle pasta (large bowtie)
Meanwhile, saute: 1 Tbsp. butter 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
Add and saute until just tender: 1 bunch of asparagus (washed and stemmed)
Toss with pasta al dente. Serve with fresh ground parmesan, black pepper and parsley.
