Quick Artichoke Pine Nut Pasta

Sauté:
2 tbsp. butter
1 garlic clove minced

Add the following:
1 can artichoke hearts sliced
1/4 cup Parmesan or soy Parmesan
1/4 cup milk, soy milk or yoghurt
1/4 cup pine nuts

Reheat and serve over fettuccini. Serves 4 to 6.
