Quick Apricot Breakfast Custard In 8 x 8 buttered baking dish, place: 5 pitted apricot halves
In a saucepan scald 3 cups milk or soymilk
Whisk in: 1/4 cup liquid honey 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla
Pour over apricots and set dish in larger pan with 1-inch water. boiling water. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until knife come out clean.
