Roman Apple Cake

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine in mixing bowl:
1 cup Organic Ecosweet sugar
2 1/3 c WW pastry flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat in:
2/3 c soft butter
2 Organic eggs
2/3 c milk or soy milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Add:
3 cups chopped raw apples

Mix well and pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Combine well:
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c Organic Ecosweet sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 c rolled oats

Sprinkle on top of batter and bake for 35-40 minutes.
